    In-STEP (In Service Training Education Program) Helps organizational staff establish and maintain dialogue with the “community;” while preventing “burn-out” and other common human resource problems.

    Organizational Skills Development – Designed especially for community residents that collaborate with human service organizations; develops community organization and mobilization skills.

    Communications Skills Development
    – The purpose of this multi-layered training is to develop leadership and planning skills with a focus on public speaking.

    Being a Teen/Having a Child (BAC/HAC) – An innovative, asset based approach to promoting adolescent decision- making responsibility

    Father’s Love – Developing father/male involvement skills and strategies, especially in education and the prevention of alcohol and other drug abuse.
